Financial Analyst Sr (Level 3)

You will be the Financial Analyst Sr (Level 3) for the Production Operations Finance team. Our team is responsible for establishing cost baselines, performing Earned Value and variance analyses, and delivering financial performance insights to support Production Operations.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Financial Analyst Sr (Level 3) you will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial analysis that drives sound decisionmaking across multiple manufacturing sites.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Develop and maintain cost baselines and Estimates at Completion (EACs) for program budgets.
• Conduct Earned Value analysis at the partnumber level and produce variance reports.
• Support touchanalysis, headcount analysis, and manufacturing financial performance reporting.
• Partner with crossfunctional stakeholders to communicate financial results and recommendations.
• Identify improvement opportunities and assist in implementing corrective actions.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance.

- Bachelors degree in Business Finance or Industrial Engineering - related field or similar

- Cost Management Experience

- Proficient in Excel with the ability to create pivot tables, graphs, and macros

- Ability to obtain a security clearance- Working knowledge of LMMFC financial software including EFS Lite, Cobra, SAP, and Apriso

- Experience working with the MFC Manufacturing Sites

- Ability to create and deliver presentations to multiple levels of management

-Ability to multi-task in order to meet multiple project due dates.
