Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function, or an advanced degree.
- Experience executing full-cycle FP&A functions including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and modeling within a multinational company setting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in developing strategies in fluid environments, with excellent business judgment for resource allocation decisions to achieve the desired business outcome.
- Experience in leadership with complex strategic and operational initiatives, across multiple products, functions, and geographies.
- Knowledge of the current ML landscape, infrastructure investments and strategic priorities.
- Ability to work with data to produce analysis, influence decision making with numerical analysis and generating insights.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with a wide variety of departments.

Responsibilities
- Develop and analyze the financial models to support strategic initiatives and improve on forecasting methodologies and frameworks.
- Develop an understanding of Googles technical infrastructure and economics behind the significant investments needed to support AI/ML demand.
- Perform benchmark analysis and the operational assessments to identify efficiency opportunities.
- Lead complex strategic initiatives in partnership with TI Finance and cross-functional teams to guide Googles ML footprint and balance the requirements of the business while delivering capacity cost-effectively.
