Job Description
Full-time opportunity supporting Wealth Distribution Operations and Platform Enablement within a leading asset management organization. This role sits at the intersection of investment operations, product management, and wealth distribution, helping investment products gain access to major advisor platforms across wirehouses, independent broker-dealers, RIAs, and other wealth management channels. The position is based in Boston requiring four days onsite per week.
This is a highly strategic and data-driven role focused on expanding product reach across the U.S. wealth management ecosystem. You'll leverage distributor, platform, and advisor data to drive business decisions, identify growth opportunities, and support successful product launches. Ideal candidates will have a strong investment management background and a deep understanding of wealth distribution channels, fund operations, and platform onboarding processes.
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience in wealth distribution operations, platform onboarding, product operations, or distribution enablement within asset management
Strong understanding of U.S. wealth distribution channels including wirehouses, broker-dealers, and RIAs
Experience supporting the onboarding of investment products onto major advisor and distribution platforms
Experience working with investment operations, fund administration, or product management teams
Familiarity with financial advisor data packs and advisor intelligence platforms
Experience working with Broadridge, SS&C, or similar fund administration and market data providers
Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to support commercial and strategic decision-making
Understanding of investment data, fund structures, and distribution platform requirements
Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with senior stakeholders
Desired Skills & Experience
Experience with alternative investment products including interval funds, tender-offer funds, private market vehicles, or '40 Act alternatives
Experience working with transfer agents and fund administrators
Knowledge of wealth management product distribution strategy
Experience managing distributor data feeds, holdings, flows, and fund characteristics data
Experience supporting large-scale product launches across multiple distribution channels
Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements related to wealth distribution

Lead onboarding efforts for new distributors and investment products across key wealth channels
Analyze distributor platform data, channel trends, and product opportunities to support sales and leadership decisions
Source and manage third-party data providers, including financial advisor data packages and market intelligence sources
Coordinate operational setup activities including selling agreements, platform connectivity, compliance documentation, and onboarding requirements
Partner with Sales, Product, Finance, Compliance, Technology, and Operations teams to support successful product launches
Ensure investment products are operationally ready for distribution across advisor platforms
Manage investment data flows including holdings, flows, product characteristics, and regulatory information
Support product updates, share class launches, and distributor platform enhancements
Monitor key distribution and operational KPIs and provide actionable recommendations
Maintain strong governance, controls, documentation, and risk management processes across distribution operations
