About the Role

Were looking for a Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A (Productivity & Efficiency). In this role, you will support the organizations financial performance by providing analysis and insights on operating expenses, productivity initiatives, and capital investments. You will partner cross-functionally to evaluate cost efficiency opportunities, track savings realization, and enable data-driven decision making that improves financial outcomes. The role also supports senior leadership through visibility into operating expense performance, capital investment outcomes, and the realization of financial benefits tied to strategic initiatives.

What Youll Do

  • Analyze and track productivity and cost-saving initiatives, including identification, validation, and monitoring of savings realization across functions

  • Partner cross-functionally with business leaders to evaluate operating expense performance, challenge assumptions, and identify efficiency opportunities

  • Support CapEx planning and analysis, including business case evaluation, ROI modeling, and tracking of project efficiency and financial outcomes

  • Generate insights through data analysis to highlight trends, risks, and opportunities related to cost structure, operational efficiency, and investment performance

  • Prepare and deliver clear, actionable commentary for Management Operating Reviews, with a focus on productivity outcomes and financial impact

  • Continuously improve reporting, processes, and tools (e.g., Power BI, Alteryx, OneStream) to enhance visibility and decision-making

  • Support senior leadership by providing clear visibility into operating expense performance, capital investment outcomes, and the realization of financial benefits tied to strategic initiatives

  • Enable data-driven decision making through financial analysis, savings validation, and investment evaluation

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field

  • 36 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, consulting, or a related analytical role

  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills

  • Ability to influence stakeholders through data-driven insights

  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills

  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in cost management, productivity analysis, or operational finance

  • Experience with CapEx analysis, ROI modeling, or project-based financial evaluation

  • Experience working with large datasets and financial systems in a corporate environment

  • Experience in a fast-paced or high-growth environment

  • Experience with Power BI, Alteryx

  • Familiarity with OneStream, SAP S/4HANA, and working knowledge of SQL

Location - Toronto, ON

The hiring base salary range for this position is $76,300$104,900 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individuals knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
