Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Intern to support our finance team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is an entry-level opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial reporting, data validation, and operational finance within a production setting. Timeframe for this internship is 3 months.

Key Responsibilities

  • Rename and submit daily invoices to customers accurately and on time
  • Update and maintain vendor master data in internal systems
  • Perform basic review of invoices prior to payment processing
  • Assist with payment run validation based on guidance from the Controller
  • Maintain organized financial records and documentation
  • Support additional finance and administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, data entry, spreadsheets)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication skills
